The highest approved bidder shall be the buyer but should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lot in dispute shall be put up and immediately resold.
All goods are at risk of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and must be paid for and a receipt obtained, before being removed from the premises. All lots must be paid for and removed by end of the day following the sale.
The auctioneer, although using every care, does not guarantee the accuracy of his or her descriptions and all lots, having been on view, purchasers must buy on their own judgment.
It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to identify and obtain any necessary export, import, firearm, endangered species or other permits.
All items are subject to a 15% Buyer's Premium and Applicable Taxes
