Buying at Kilshaw’s is easy. All you have to do is become the highest bidder on the item you want.
Bidding
There are two ways to bid:
1. Attending an auction in person. You do not have to pre-register to attend our auction and all you need to do is raise your hand to bid.
2. Registering an absentee bid with our office. This can be done by telephone, fax or e-mail as well as in person. You must supply us with your name, phone number, the lot number you would like to bid on and the amount of your bid. All bids must be registered before the auction starts.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
The highest approved bidder shall be the buyer, but should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lot in dispute shall be put up and immediately resold. All goods are at risk of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and must be paid for, and a receipt obtained, before being removed from the premises. The bidding to be regulated at the discretion of the Auctioneer, who reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The purchasers to give their names and places of abode, and to pay a deposit, if requested, in part payment of the purchase money: one deposit binding on all lots bought by the same buyer.
The Auctioneer, although using every care, does not guarantee the accuracy of his descriptions, and all lots having been on view, purchasers must buy on their own judgement.
